From Survival to Recovery  takes an accurate and ‘in depth’ look at what it’s like to grow up in an alcoholic/dysfunctional family.

As children they lived with the alcoholism of their parents or others.    As adults they tended to behave as though they still were living in an alcoholic home – desperately seeking attention, yearning for affection, trying to be incredibly good, and miserably failing.   They were not free to do otherwise – until they came to Al-Anon.
