Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at TheRecoveryStore.com. We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and preferably in the original packaging.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received.
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refund timing depends on your card issuer’s policies, but you’ll also receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Shipping
- If the return is due to customer error (wrong item ordered, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, or item arrived damaged), we will cover return shipping and either:
- provide a prepaid return shipping label, or
- allow you to keep the item, depending on the situation.
- If you receive a refund for a customer-error return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returned Packages
- If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping cost.
