At The Recovery Store, we work hard to make sure your order gets to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Below you’ll find details about shipping, delivery, and payment options.

📦 Shipping Information

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 10:00 AM (Monday–Saturday) ship the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM may ship the next business day.
We do not ship on Sundays or U.S. holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes! We ship both domestically and internationally.

International orders may be subject to additional duties, customs fees, or taxes depending on the destination country.

What shipping options are available?

Free Shipping: Retail orders of $80 or more ship free via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Shipping.
Priority Mail: Typically 2–3 business days.
Ground Shipping: Typically 2–7 business days.
Overnight Express: Next business day delivery from the date of shipping (not purchase).

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement, store credit, or full refund, provided the item is in new condition.

How long does it take to make a custom coin?

Full-color graphic coins: 2–5 business days. Rush orders may be possible—contact us!
Engraved coins: Same day service available.

Do you offer wholesale purchasing?

Yes! Wholesale accounts receive special pricing and ordering access.

A valid resale certificate is required for tax-free status.
Contact us directly for wholesale account setup and login credentials.

Do you offer local pickup?

Absolutely! You can pick up your order in person at our retail location:
