After years of repressing emotions – a common coping strategy for adult children – this pamphlet offers tips to help us begin to recognize, respect, and express emotions appropriately.
(The term, “Adult Child” means anyone who grew up in dysfunction or alcoholism in their childhood and who thereby learned to stuff their feelings or at least didn’t learn how to express them in a healthy manner.)
