Everyone feels angry sometimes—and that’s perfectly normal. What matters most is how you respond to those big feelings. Designed especially for children ages 5–7, Anger Management Activities for Kids offers more than 50 engaging and creative exercises that help children recognize, understand, and manage their anger in safe and healthy ways.
Through drawing, writing, storytelling, and movement-based activities, kids learn how to recognize the signs of anger in their bodies, express their feelings without hurting others, and discover strategies to calm themselves down. With practical tools and relatable examples, this fun workbook helps young readers become “anger detectives” who can spot, name, and tame their emotions before they get out of control.

This workbook gives parents and kids a variety of exercises that accommodate different personalities, temperaments, and situations to teach children how to effectively manage strong feelings and find their voice so they can develop confidence, regulate their emotions, and practice positive relationships with friends, family, and caregivers.”

“Anger Management Activities for Kids is a wonderful guide that is essential for appeasing anger monsters—no matter where they appear. I keep a copy in my clinic, at home, and I should probably have one in the car, too.”
