About the Authors
- Gail Silver is a former child advocate attorney and the founder of Yoga Child, a Philadelphia-based yoga studio and mindfulness education program. She is also a writer of music, meditations, and curricula for schools. Her recording A Peaceful Place Inside received a Parents’ Choice Recommended Award in 2007. Gail lives in Philadelphia with her husband and three children.
- Christiane Krömer, a German-born illustrator based in Brooklyn, NY, earned her BFA in Illustration from Parsons School of Design. She has illustrated numerous books for children, including Flowergirl Butterflies, The Treehouse Children, and God the Parent’s Blessings. Her collages bring rich texture and emotional resonance to Anh’s Anger.
