About the Author
Priscilla Posey grew up in a home marked by emotional immaturity, distance, and rage, leaving her conditioned to blame herself for her family’s unhappiness. In adulthood, she escaped one toxic dynamic only to find herself in another when her marriage became emotionally abusive. Through learning about Narcissistic Personality Disorder and gaslighting, she discovered she was a victim—not the cause—of dysfunction. Determined to heal and help others, she pursued training as a life coach and devoted herself to supporting those trapped in toxic relationships. Today, as a mother of two strong daughters, she uses her personal journey and professional knowledge to empower others to overcome self-doubt, emotional barriers, and abuse.
