Author: Jenniffer Weigel
Can you be both practical and spiritual without losing your balance — or your sense of humor? Emmy Award–winning broadcaster Jenniffer Weigel answers with a resounding yes in this witty, relatable memoir-meets-guidebook.
Through 13 common-sense rules for cultivating a meaningful spiritual life, Weigel shows how to trust where you are, stay grounded in daily chaos, watch for signs, and avoid losing yourself in gurus or trends. Blending personal anecdotes with universal lessons, she makes spirituality approachable, down-to-earth, and — most importantly — fun.
From dodging Chicago traffic with “Jesus Saves” bumper stickers to interviewing celebrities, struggling with extra pounds, or receiving signs from her late father (in the form of a persistent cardinal), Weigel demonstrates how to navigate life’s ups and downs with grace, humor, and open-hearted curiosity.
"I'm Spiritual, Dammit! offers an absolutely enchanting and insightful perspective on a modern-day spirituality. It's a must read for everyone who values the lighter side of a serious journey."
— Caroline Myss, author of Anatomy of the Spirit and Defy Gravity
