Let Go: A Buddhist Guide to Breaking Free
Author: Martine Batchelor
When we release the habits that confine us, we open ourselves to a new world of possibility. In Let Go, Martine Batchelor gently guides readers through the process of understanding and transforming the negative patterns of mind that show up as fear, avoidance, depression, addiction, judgment, and more.
Each chapter ends with a practical exercise or guided meditation designed to help readers work with unhelpful habits in creative, compassionate ways. You don’t need to be Buddhist to benefit from these tools—you only need the willingness to move forward and discover new ways of living.
Drawing from both Buddhist tradition and modern approaches like Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for depression, meditation practices for OCD, and Twelve-Step recovery principles, Batchelor weaves together timeless wisdom and contemporary insights to help readers reclaim balance, strength, and freedom.
