About the Author
Kim Colegrove is a veteran meditator and speaker with over 40 years of experience. She is the creator of PAUSE15 Meditation℠, Learn to Pause℠ Mindfulness Training, and the founder of The PauseFirst Project: Mindfulness for First Responders.
In 2014, Kim lost her husband David to suicide less than three months after his retirement from law enforcement. Determined to honor his memory and help others, she began teaching mindfulness practices specifically to first responders. Today, she speaks nationally, trains organizations across the country, and contributes to publications such as In Public Safety and PoliceOne.
Through her work, Kim has become a leading voice in bringing mindfulness, compassion, and hope to those who serve on the front lines.
