Erica Spiegelman is a counselor, consultant, author, and motivational speaker who specializes in addiction recovery and wellness. She holds a degree as a California State Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADAC-II) and has worked with leading treatment centers such as Living Rebos, Klean Treatment Center, and Passages Malibu. Erica is also a regular contributor to health publications, a writer for Maria Shriver’s outlets, and co-host of Klean Radio on Sirius XM.
About the Illustrator
Leighanna Hoyle is an illustrator and author based in Charlotte, NC. Passionate about creativity and animals, she spends much of her time crafting, painting, and rescuing reptiles. Her playful, heartfelt art adds warmth and inspiration to this recovery-focused project.
