Author: John Lee
A powerful record of one man’s search for his true masculinity and his way out of co-dependent and addictive relationships.
Written for men and women who grew up in dysfunctional families, The Flying Boy offers fresh insights into the roots of pain and the long road to healing. This is a book about feelings—how we lose them, how we rediscover them, and how to finally express them with honesty and courage.
Through his personal journey, John Lee opens the door to understanding grief—a process often mistaken for self-pity—and shows how confronting and moving through it can lead to freedom. Men will learn to better understand themselves and each other, while women will gain tools to support the wounded men in their lives without losing themselves in the process.
Both compassionate and deeply practical, The Flying Boy is an invitation to stop running, to face old wounds, and to step into a more authentic life.
