If you’re a highly sensitive person (HSP), you’re not alone—HSPs make up about 20% of the population. With finely tuned nervous systems, highly sensitive people often notice subtleties others miss—like bright lights, strong smells, loud noises, or the press of a crowd. While sensitivity can be a gift, it can also lead to constant overstimulation and stress if not managed effectively.
This accessible and practical guide provides step-by-step strategies and exercises to help HSPs manage their heightened sensitivity, build coping skills, and thrive in a world that often feels overwhelming. Keep it as a daily companion and discover how to live with greater balance, calm, and confidence.
